Qualifications

• Nursing home experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Utilize cooking equipment and techniques to prepare meals.
• Prepare simple diets and modify menus based on resident needs.
• Adjust recipes to yield required servings.
• Test and adjust recipes for quality and taste.
• Cook meals in batches, ensuring quality and portion control.
• Directs activities of team members assisting in meal prep.
