Friedman Real Estate in Sherman, TX is seeking a dynamic Residential Property Manager to be the face of our community. If you have 2-3 years of on-site management experience, you’ll manage leasing, resident relations, and daily operations with energy and professionalism.

This role covers AP/AR, rent collections, coordinating maintenance, supervising staff, and reporting. You’ll work with on-site contractors, market the property, and ensure a high standard of service for residents while upholding

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
• Candidates must have a valid driver's license.
• Candidates must have property management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Experience with Yardi Property Management Software is highly preferred.
