EverTrue is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to provide medication administration and supportive care to residents. You will work under nursing supervision and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents in daily activities and decision making.

You will document vital signs, follow safety protocols, and help with therapies while maintaining resident dignity and privacy. This role requires a valid CMT certification and CPR/First Aid credentials, with opportunities to

Qualifications

• Current CMT certification in the state of practice.
• High-school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification and first aid training.
• Prior experience with direct care preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• A desire to be part of the “Person Centered Care” team.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and administers medication under the nursing staff direction and documents accordingly.
• Provides medical and physical care within the scope of practice to meet daily needs.
• Assists residents with personal care and supports independence.
• Observes residents and reports changes to nursing staff.
• Participates in resident care/service planning to improve life of resident.
• Assists with mealtimes and feeds residents needing full assistance.
• Creates and maintains meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Supports resident involvement in daily activities and decision making.
• Assists with therapies and treatments under licensed personnel.
• Respects privacy and HIPAA; knocks before entering.
• Follows EverTrue safety procedures and reports hazards.
• Documents vital signs and other data in the electronic health record.
• Responds to incoming calls.
• May serve as administrator designee when needed.
