Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine upkeep and repairs across apartment communities. You will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and paint needs while delivering exceptional resident service.

Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The role includes weekend/on-call shifts with a focus on quality workmanship and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, and HVAC heating and cooling.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
• Consistently exemplifying the Wasatch brand.
