Job summary

Tenfold Senior Living is seeking a proactive Resident Services Leader to support person-centered service goals for all residents and ensure compassionate, coordinated care across the Harbor team. You will mentor care partners and med techs while aligning daily actions with Tenfold core values.

Responsibilities include training coordination, scheduling, maintaining resident records, and fostering collaboration among residents, families, and clinical staff to uphold high standards of service.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Bachelor or vocational degree preferred.
• Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors.
• Meets licensing and background requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Alignment with Tenfold core values: curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention, and contribution.

Responsibilities

• Support person-centered service goals for all residents and residents' unique needs.
• Coordinate resident services team training for care partners and med techs.
• Assist with scheduling for resident service and Harbor teams.
• Ensure high-quality continuity of care and services.
• Lead calendar coordination for resident services and memory care support.
• Facilitate resident services communication with residents, families, and clinical teams.
• Manage internal resident record-keeping for all residents.
