• Property management experience (LIHTC Experience & Lease Up Experience)
• 1 Year Experience as Community/Property Manager
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Budgeting experience
• Customer service mindset
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for the company)
