Job summary

The Leonard on Beverly, part of Clearwater Living, seeks a relationship-driven Associate Executive Director to support community operations and champion an exceptional resident and family experience in Beverly Hills. This role collaborates with the Executive Director and Leadership Team to ensure residents feel valued, heard, and connected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, customer service, or related field.
• RCFE certification/license strongly preferred for California positions.

Responsibilities

• Champion an exceptional resident and family experience throughout the resident journey.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, team members, and partners.
• Respond to concerns with professionalism, empathy, and timely follow-through.
• Lead service recovery and ensure concerns are resolved to residents' satisfaction.
• Conduct resident rounding and monitor satisfaction, engagement, and quality of life.
• Partner with department leaders to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Support daily community operations, staffing, training, team engagement, and leadership initiatives.
• Support occupancy and growth through exceptional customer service and collaboration with Sales/Marketing.
• Assist with move-ins, transitions, events, and community engagement.
• Support regulatory compliance, resident rights, safety, and risk management.
• Assist the Executive Director with budgeting, performance, and special projects.
• Serve as Director on Duty or provide leadership coverage as assigned.
