Clearwater Living’s Beverly Hills community, The Leonard on Beverly, seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead operations, care quality, and a harmonious workplace. You will drive financial stability, guide a compassionate team, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Salary range $160,000-$180,000 per year; includes a comprehensive benefits package and a culture focused on people and service. This role is on-site in Beverly Hills, CA.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of proven leadership in senior living or healthcare management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for improving seniors’ lives.
• Ability to drive results in a collaborative, resident-focused environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in senior living communities.
• Commitment to building and leading high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services, or a combination of education and experience supervising others in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality environment.
• Current state/federal/local certification or license to manage a community.

The Executive Director oversees and directs the day-to-day functions and efficient operations of the community, in accordance with all federal, state, local and licensing regulations, and all company policies and procedures. This role also ensures the highest quality of care for residents, while maintaining the community’s financial stability, and creating a harmonious working environment for all associates.

Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 per year
