The position is full-time and reports to the Property Manager, with responsibilities spanning tours, objections handling, inquiries, and lead management across on-site operations.

Ideal candidates bring prior leasing or sales experience, strong communication, and comfort with property management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain licenses/certifications as required by jurisdictions (PA, IL, NJ, IA).
• Previous leasing/sales experience is preferred; multifamily or student housing is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to individual and team leasing targets.
• Greet, engage, and build rapport with prospective residents.
• Provide tours showcasing property features and benefits.
• Close the leasing process by addressing objections and securing commitments.
• Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email or in person within 24 hours.
• Enter and maintain lead information in Entrata and follow up with prospects.
