Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Prior leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest and highlight community features to attract potential residents.
• Communicate effectively with prospects at all stages to secure leases.
• Serve as a resource for residents, resolving problems and concerns.
• Build lasting relationships to retain residents.
• Perform office administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Coordinate fun activities for residents.
