Job summary

Tentac Enterprises is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Brickyard Apartments in Bloomington, IL. This part-time position handles the leasing process from introduction to occupancy, presenting community benefits and guiding prospective residents to choose our property.

Responsibilities include conducting tours, processing applications, coordinating move-ins, maintaining model units, and supporting marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and profitability. Weekend/evening availability required.

Qualifications

• Two years of related leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct property tours and explain benefits clearly.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with office software.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet visitors, prospective renters, and current residents.
• Provide brochures, information, and tours of facilities and units.
• Consult with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets.
• Prepare leases for review and obtain signatures from management and tenants.
• Coordinate move-in dates, materials, and processes.
• Develop and maintain a wait list and marketing promotions.
• Deliver resident gifts and assist with planning resident events.
