Job summary

Omega Management Group seeks a Community Manager in Salina, KS to maximize rental income and control expenses at the apartment community. You will oversee the day-to-day operations and organization of the property management office and staff, ensuring the property is clean, in good repair, and that target occupancy is met, while providing excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency, some college preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in management, sales, and/or office administration. Prior apartment management experience is preferred.
• The ARM or CAM designations are preferred.
• HUD/LIHTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize income and control expenses at the apartment community.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and organization of the apartment management office and staff.
• Promote increased rental revenue, servicing residents’ needs, collecting rents and fees, maintaining the property, etc.
• Ensure the property is clean, in good repair and target occupancy is met.
• Adhere to company guidelines and policies.
