Barrett & Stokely Inc. in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking a Full Time Leasing/Property Coordinator to support the Property Manager, collect rents, generate renewals, and prepare leases. The role requires at least two years in multifamily management or related customer service, with proficiency in MS Office and Entrata.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years related experience in multi-family management, leasing, sales or customer service.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices and Fair Housing laws.
• Strong customer service abilities and verbal/written communication.
• Self-starter with multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel) and Entrata software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in leading staff to provide high resident service.
• Collect and post rent, process late payments, issue notices, and initiate eviction when needed.
• Assist with financial and operational reporting.
• Generate renewal offers and track returned offers and draft leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and complete paperwork.
• Input daily resident information from walk-ins, move-ins/move-outs, and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including Fair Housing.
