Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Rancho Cordova, CA, to help drive resident engagement and accurate rent collections.

You will oversee accounts receivable, handle rent processing, move-ins/move-outs, and maintain records for current and prospective residents. You will resolve resident issues, support leasing activities with tours, and coordinate with maintenance to address apartment concerns.
