Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. seeks an Assistant Community Manager for a 280 Unit Family Community in Sacramento, CA.

The role reports to the Community Manager, is full-time and non-exempt, with starting pay $28-$32 per hour and a salary commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance (LIHTC, Bond, MHP, RHCP, HOME), resident applications and recertifications, rent postings, marketing oversight, leasing inquiries, and coordination with finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months on-site LIHTC property management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with LIHTC and other program requirements.
• Process applications and recertifications in a timely manner.
• Post rent payments and monitor accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and Compliance Department.
• Respond to leasing inquiries and manage a waitlist/
• Support marketing efforts and implement leasing strategies.
