Job summary

The Timbers Apartments in Evansville, IN is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team and help provide a positive resident experience. The role requires a strong sales or customer service background and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.

You will present community information, process applications, prepare leases, coordinate move-ins/outs, and support residents with outstanding service while contributing to growth and occupancy goals at Edward Rose

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
• Flexible with work schedule; weekend hours may be assigned.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Present community information to prospective renters in a professional manner to appeal to their rental needs.
• Provide accurate information on the selling features of the community and surrounding area.
• Build rapport with potential residents by answering telephone and email communications promptly.
• Process applications for prospective residents and follow up to maintain communication.
• Prepare lease contracts and other required documents.
• Coordinate residents moving in and out, documenting events and communicating status to departments.
• Assist with resident concerns and help develop solutions.
