Job summary

CCMC in Prosper, Texas, seeks a Lifestyle/Community Events Coordinator to foster resident partnerships through events, programming and communications, working closely with the Lifestyle Director.

You’ll plan and execute a comprehensive events calendar, create content for website and newsletters, support amenity center operations, welcome new residents, and assist with clubs and groups, with flexible hours including some nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
• 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism, or community development preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote and execute a comprehensive community events and programming calendar for residents.
• Engage in content creation for community communications – website, newsletters, promotional materials, social media.
• Support the operations of the amenity center.
• Welcome and assist with the new resident experience.
• Provide support for clubs and group management.
• Handle administrative duties including vendor management and payment processing.
