Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Utilize proper customer service techniques for efficient responses.
• Collect all monies due and oversee audits and evictions.
• Communicate with outside legal counsel during the eviction process.
• Finalize move in/out and renewals files, enter data in software.
• Oversee resident renter’s insurance procedure.
• Shop surrounding properties and conduct outreach marketing.
• Develop ongoing resident retention programs.
