Job summary

Milestone is actively seeking an Engagement Assistant to support resident activities in an Enhanced/Memory Care community. You will report to the Engagement Specialist and help residents participate in meaningful programs and assist with events that enrich daily life.

Responsibilities include coordinating programs, promoting participation, and assisting with transportation and outings. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, and a friendly, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and community relations skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Pleasant, professional, and personable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support resident activities in Enhanced/Memory Care to enrich daily life.
• Assist with planning and promoting programs to maximize participation.
• Help organize resident outings, events, and entertainment within budget and schedules.
• Assist with transportation and mobility during outings and at meal times.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and free of clutter.
