Avenue5 Residential is seeking a conscientious Concierge in Scottsdale to create a comfortable, stress-free atmosphere for residents and guests by delivering exceptional service. You will manage front desk tasks, assist residents, and coordinate with suppliers and staff to maintain a high standard of living.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with an emphasis on customer service preference.
• Proven ability to deliver friendly, professional resident support.
• Experience using MS Office for scheduling and communications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort prospective residents to the leasing office.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and relay information to residents.
• Provide information and assistance to residents, suppliers, contractors, and visitors.
• Prepare complimentary services such as snacks and beverages.
• Accept and deliver packages, stock supplies, and manage orders.
• Develop resident activities and assist maintenance with work orders.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness and report needs.
• Publish property communications and post reminders in common areas.
• Coordinate emergency drills and ensure compliance with safety rules.
