Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, senior living, hospitality, customer service, marketing, or resident experience background preferred.
• Comfortable working in a highly visible role requiring frequent interaction with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily resident rounds to evaluate satisfaction and build relationships.
• Serve as a visible hospitality presence throughout the community; address concerns with leadership.
• Follow up after concerns are resolved to ensure satisfaction and outcomes.
• Create personalized experiences that make residents feel valued and cared for.
• Maintain weekly family outreach and provide timely updates to families.
• Collaborate with leadership on initiatives to improve resident experience and reputation.
