Sagora is seeking a part-time Concierge to greet residents and guests at Adante Assisted Living. You will manage the front desk, handle calls and messages, and assist with daily operations to maintain a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills, with experience in customer service and multitasking. This role supports residents and collaborates with care teams in a community setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds around the community for security procedures.
• Provide basic information in-person and via phone/email.
