Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality, tourism, retail and/or residential property management.
• Excellent communication and empathy to understand customers' needs.
• GED and supervisory experience required.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and address questions from residents.
• Support leasing and property operations teams.
• Assist with package delivery and administrative duties.
• Coordinate with maintenance and external vendors to monitor cleanliness, presentation, and security.
• Ensure residents have an exceptional experience as part of the WPC family.
