Job summary

The Scion Group in Providence, Rhode Island, is hiring a Resident Services Manager to oversee resident satisfaction and lead community engagement initiatives. This full-time, on-site position requires strong interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented mindset to manage resident relations and operational support.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in property management and familiarity with property management software. The role also involves collaborating on marketing campaigns and supporting leasing efforts. Salary range is between $50,000 and $55,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or resident services.
• Ability to handle crisis situations and manage sensitive conversations.
• Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident complaints with empathy and professionalism.
