Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to interact with residents in a respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and sanitize gathering and public spaces to present a positive environment.
• Clean residents' apartments weekly or as needed and assist with basic tasks.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Attend in-service trainings and participate in assigned duties as directed.
• Respond to resident emergencies following established protocols.
