Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Therapeutic Recreation in planning recreational activities and special events.
• Represent the Therapeutic Recreation department at Interdisciplinary Care Conferences
• Assist with completion of activities assessments as assigned
• Distribute activity calendars to residents
• Create and post daily activity sheets in nurses' stations
• Ensure necessary supplies are available for activities
• Document participation in resident activities
