You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop discharge plans and coordinate care, while guiding staff in applying therapeutic recreation strategies and managing budgets and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or closely related field required.
• CTRS certification required.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

• Plan and facilitate individual and group recreational, leisure, and health-oriented activities in residential and community settings.
• Conduct initial assessments, track progress, and support treatment goals across cognitive, social, physical, spiritual, and psychosocial domains.

• Provide training and guidance to staff to implement therapeutic recreation strategies consistently.
• Manage recreational activity budgets and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
