You will plan, coordinate, and lead activities for groups and individuals, document participation, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, front-name boards, and monthly contributions; reporting concerns promptly; and supporting a respectful, dignified environment for residents,

Qualifications

• Plan and implement activities to meet residents' needs, including large groups and individuals
• Maintain documentation per state and federal regulations
• Coordinate monthly activity calendars and name boards
• Report abuse or safety concerns promptly
• Assist in evacuation during emergencies

Responsibilities

• Comply with Community policies, safety, and corporate procedures
• Plan and implement activities to meet residents' specific needs, including large groups, small groups and individual participation
• Maintain documentation as required by State and Federal regulations
• Initial assessment, picture and front name board
• Compose monthly contributions, including the monthly activities calendar, post daily contributions on menu board, date board and pass out name tags
• Monitor compliance with regulations including infection control, hazardous materials and fire safety
• Monitor Residents' Rights compliance
