• Experience leading senior group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements Recreation Programs per the Monthly Calendar and as assigned by the Recreation Director.
• Leads group activities and one-on-one sessions with residents and documents participation.
• Transport residents to activities and assist with community trips as scheduled.
• Assists in volunteer orientation and training; helps with program preparation and cleanup.
• Maintains resident activity records and communicates leisure needs to the Recreation Director.
• Participates in department meetings and preserves resident rights and confidentiality.
