• Taking over the resident engineer function with the end customers
• Ensuring communication in customer contact
• Discussing documents regarding the details of the system architecture
• Permanent documentation of the agreements made as well as the project progress
• Clarification of requirements
• Quality assurance
• Assist in Data collection and Troubleshooting of Production issues
• Maintain Production Support Schedule
• Assist Scheduling and needs of system test team on the West Coast
• Assist in Data collection and troubleshooting of customer issues at Fisker sites across NA
• Assisting Fisker service technicians with updating and troubleshooting ADAS issues.
