Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• CCM certification preferred.
• California Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• 10-hour OSHA Safety course preferred.
• Must possess a driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Represent the owner on the construction site.
• Conduct and document project meetings with clients and contractors.
• Manage construction field personnel.
• Negotiate and approve construction change orders.
• Resolve technical issues.

Skills

Good oral and written communication skills

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Experience with Primavera P6

Education

Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management
