We are hiring an AlgoSec Resident Engineer to join our Sales team, working with EMEA-based customers, primarily from Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring,operatingand maintainingAlgoSecproducts, troubleshootingassistance, upgrade planning, knowledgetransfer of key sections of the product. Perform product customizations to a certain level. Consultcustomerwith best practicesand beingtheir 'Trusted Advisor'. Working in tight integration with Sales, Delivery, Support, CSM, and R&D departments.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, in a software company.
• Experience in Linux/UNIX environments.
• Experience with networking devices (Switches,Routersetc.)
• Experience infirewalladministration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, PaloAltoetc.)
• Experience working with Cloud platforms and managing Cloud Security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills inGerman.
• Goodcommunicationskills in English.
• Ability tooperateunder pressure in deadline-driven situations and business emergencies.
• Customer oriented and ability toestablishcustomer’strust.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including frequent on-site visits toAlgoSeccustomers in EMEA.
