WSP seeks a Resident Engineer (Construction Management) for Seattle/Tacoma to supervise field teams on public works and infrastructure projects across Washington and the Pacific Northwest.
You will oversee contract administration, documentation, safety, and coordination with owners, designers, and regulators. The role requires a Civil/Construction degree and 10+ years in related roles with travel to project sites.
WSP is currently initiating a search for a Resident Engineer for our Seattle or Tacoma office, to support transportation, municipal, utility, and public infrastructure projects throughout Washington and the Pacific Northwest. This position serves as the primary field representative for the Owner and is responsible for construction administration, contract compliance, project documentation, contractor coordination, schedule monitoring, quality management, and oversight of inspection staff.
The successful candidate will lead construction management teams on complex public works projects, coordinate with owners, designers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contract requirements.

Expected Salary (all locations): $174,400 - $213,200
