• Experience planning and leading group activities or events for diverse participants.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage residents respectfully.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation related to activity planning and participation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a structured activities calendar that reflects resident interests, capabilities, and cultural preferences.
• Coordinate daily activity sessions and special events, ensuring activities are meaningful, engaging, and appropriately paced.
• Assess resident participation needs and adjust programming to support physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
• Manage supplies and resources for activities, maintaining organization and readiness for scheduled programming.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams to support resident engagement, responsiveness to changes, and program continuity.
