Responsibilities

• Assist the Activities Director in planning, coordinating, and implementing resident activity programs, including recreational, social, and therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop interdisciplinary activities that promote resident engagement.
• Conduct activity sessions, lead group activities, facilitate socialization, and provide individualized attention.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive environment.
• Monitor and evaluate activity programs and adjust as needed for resident satisfaction.
• Participate in resident assessments and care planning conferences to identify needs.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of activities and participation.
