Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead individual, small, and large group resident activities.
• Support communication among staff, residents, families, and the public.
• Create and maintain monthly activity calendars and attendance records.
• Coordinate transportation for residents for outings, appointments, and discharges as needed.
• Help design diverse monthly activity schedules and assist with documentation.
