Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Resident Engagement Coordinator in Wisconsin to create and manage resident activities that enrich daily living. You will work with residents and leadership to design events, calendars, and programs that reflect residents’ interests and needs.

The role emphasizes a person-centered approach, relationship building, and collaboration with the community team to drive engagement and activity participation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs for adults.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; may be required to obtain CDL depending on community needs.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a monthly calendar with residents based on shared interests.
• Collaborates with community leadership to plan and execute events.
• Plans meaningful engagement opportunities for residents, including driving a community vehicle.
• Builds relationships with residents using a person-centered approach.
