The Terraces at Tuckerman Lane is hiring a Life Enrichment Director to lead innovative programs that enhance residents' well-being. You will collaborate with leaders and manage a high-performing team, focusing on providing engaging activities in our assisted living facility.

Essential qualifications include at least one year of supervisory experience and a commitment to fostering a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in senior living or recreation.
• Ability to maintain required state-level certifications or licenses.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead activities for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
• Collaborate to build relationships with local organizations.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar of activities.
