Job summary

Elegance is seeking a coordinator to lead and manage community programming for residents, organizing events and activities to enhance resident enjoyment. You will promote initiatives to boost participation and arrange transportation for outings and medical appointments, while determining activity levels and maintaining safety.

Other duties may be assigned as needed. This role is structured to support a vibrant, resident-focused community with opportunities to enhance engagement and wellbeing

• Promote programming initiatives to encourage resident participation.
