Job summary

Elegance Living in Delray Beach is seeking a dedicated Community Programs Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and lead resident activities, events, and entertainment. You will promote initiatives within the community, arrange transportation for outings and appointments, and assess resident activity levels to ensure safety and engagement.

You’ll also clock in, adjust schedules, and support other duties as assigned, contributing to a vibrant, respectful living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and lead community programming, activities, events, and entertainment for resident enjoyment.
• Promote programming initiatives within community to encourage participation.
• Organize transportation for outings and medical appointments.
• Determine appropriate resident activity levels and ensure safety.

Job description

Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8.30am-4.30pm
