• Strong communication and documentation abilities are essential.
• Ability to coordinate activities and participate in care plans with the team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities for patients/residents.
• Document attendance and participation in recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed.
