Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Activity Assistant to create engaging programs that brighten residents' days. You’ll lead activities, assess interests, and help tailor experiences to individual needs in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

Promote engaging programs and events that enhance physical, mental, and social well-being
Lead various recreational and social activities for individuals or groups
Interact with participants, assess their needs and interests, and tailor activities to meet those preferences
Execute programs, activities, events, and entertainment to enhance the lives of our residents
Promote initiatives that inspire spiritual, cognitive, social, physical, and creative expressions
Prepare materials and set up spaces for activities, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available
