Responsibilities

• Facilitate socialization and group or one-on-one activities with residents.
• Monitor engagement and report changes to the Activities Director.
• Maintain a safe, clean activity environment and ensure supplies are ready.
• Collaborate with Nursing and Therapy for holistic patient care.
