Job summary

WeCare Centers in Waynesburg, PA is seeking a Transportation Aide to assist with resident transport and care. The role requires driving a facility vehicle and ensuring safe transfer of residents, staff, and volunteers to various destinations.

The Transportation Aide will report pertinent resident care information, review schedules, and assist with transfers using facility equipment, maintaining a compassionate, professional demeanor with residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited high school or GED.
• Valid, unencumbered state driver's license.
• 1–2 years transportation experience preferred.
• Previous long term care experience.
• Must have experience transporting and transferring residents with physical impairments using facility equipment.
