University of California - Riverside is seeking a Resident Director (RD) for a full-time, 12-month, live-in role. The RD will join the Residential Education Professional staff to foster community living, provide resident counseling, enforce policies, and respond to on-site crises.
This four-year appointment, with potential extension to five years, offers a salary range of $57,700 to $99,300 per year, plus housing and meal plan benefits.

The full salary range for the Resident Director is $57,700.00 to $99,300.00 annually. The expected pay scale for this position is up to $58,700 annually in addition to housing and meal plan compensation. Salary offers are based on education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational factors.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. The University is unable to sponsor or take over the sponsorship of an employment visa for staff.
