University of California - Riverside is seeking a Resident Director (RD) for a full-time, 12-month, live-in role. The RD will join the Residential Education Professional staff to foster community living, provide resident counseling, enforce policies, and respond to on-site crises.

Resident Director (RD)

The Resident Director (RD) is a full-time, 12-month, live-in position and serves as a member of the Residential Education Professional staff team.

Employment Conditions

This is a four-year contract appointment with the possibility to be extended for one additional year for a maximum total of five years.

Compensation

The full salary range for the Resident Director is $57,700.00 to $99,300.00 annually. The expected pay scale for this position is up to $58,700 annually in addition to housing and meal plan compensation. Salary offers are based on education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational factors.

Eligibility

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. The University is unable to sponsor or take over the sponsorship of an employment visa for staff.
