Job summary

Dial Senior Living in Arvada, CO, seeks a friendly dining assistant to help serve meals and beverages, buss tables, and keep the dining area clean. You will interact with residents, take orders, and ensure a welcoming dining experience.

The role requires being at least 16 years old, ability to read and speak English, and a customer-focused attitude. Part-time, on-site hours with growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Demonstrates teamwork and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn basic kitchen and dining duties.
• Experience in food service is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents meals, take orders, and assist throughout dining experience.
• Enter orders and close out in the POS system.
• Provide friendly customer service to residents for high satisfaction.
• Set and reset tables for meals; inform residents of menu options.
• Prepare and serve beverages; keep water and coffee topped up.
• Maintain cleanliness by clearing/busing tables and vacuuming as needed.
• Protect resident confidentiality and report injuries to supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
