Job summary

The Gardens at Columbine in Littleton, CO, is seeking a Server / Dietary Aide to provide exceptional dining service to residents. You will take and serve orders, help in basic food prep, and keep the dining area clean and inviting.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires teamwork, compassion, and adherence to food safety standards. Weekend/evening shifts are included, with comprehensive benefits beginning after a probation period.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Demonstrated teamwork, compassion, and professionalism with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete meal ticket orders for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner.
• Serve meals in a friendly, courteous manner honoring dietary needs.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness, reset tables, and assist with side-work.
• Assist with simple meal prep tasks and with inventory control.
