Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred in dealing with older adults.
• Adequate and clear English speaking and writing ability; able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves meals for Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas and adheres to sanitation rules.
• Orders supplies and maintains inventory; ensures budget guidelines are met.
• Observes safety, fire, life safety, disaster and other emergency procedures.
• Records Resident information as required and ensures meals are accounted for daily.
