Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate, GED or currently enrolled in program if under 18.
• Experience: No prior experience necessary.
• Must be able to operate a computer.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification preferred; training provided to maintain this position.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate resident food orders.
• Advise residents on food/drink combinations and accommodate requests.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct delivery and accommodate special requests.
• Deliver food to residents and maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Follow up to ensure satisfactory dining experience and relay complaints to supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal/medical information.
• Operate kitchen equipment and prepare beverages.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and utensils.
• Portion and store food properly; transport supplies to storage/work areas.
• Waste disposal and dining/kitchen area cleaning.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff as needed.
