Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a Server.
• Customer service skills with residents and visitors.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation in quantity according to menu and servings.
• Set up dining room as instructed.
• Prepare salads and beverages.
• Greet customers and ensure dining area is clean and well supplied.
• Distribute menus and present daily specials.
• Answer questions regarding the menu.
• Take resident orders and serve meals promptly.
• Ensure food is prepared correctly and to residents' satisfaction; return incorrect items to kitchen.
• Clean eating and prep areas, equipment, and utensils per procedures.
• Collect and return dirty dishes; assist with cleaning and sanitizing.
• Store food properly and adhere to safety standards.
• Report issues to the Food Services Director.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
